TalentSphere is hiring on behalf of our client in Lombard, IL for an Event Marketing & Promotions Assistant. This role is ideal for outgoing, energetic individuals who enjoy face-to-face interaction and want to grow their skills in branding, promotions, and leadership. You'll help drive brand awareness and increase customer acquisition for major national clients through exciting, in-person campaigns.

What You’ll Do

• Represent client brands in high-traffic retail environments through interactive marketing campaigns

• Assist customers with questions about services, promotions, and account enrollment

• Create memorable, professional experiences that lead to brand loyalty and increased sign-ups

• Work as part of a team to meet daily and weekly customer acquisition goals

• Contribute to team building and mentoring of newer representatives

• Maintain a professional demeanor and thorough knowledge of products and promotional offerings

• Learn and utilize face-to-face sales strategies to improve overall campaign success

What We’re Looking For

• Associate degree or relevant customer-facing experience preferred

• Prior leadership, sales, retail, or customer service experience is a plus

• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent multitasking abilities

• Clear communicator who thrives in fast-paced environments

• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to grow

• Must have reliable transportation and be able to work onsite in Lombard, IL
