What You'll Do

• Receive both hands-on and classroom-style training from experienced team leaders

• Learn the full sales cycle and develop expert knowledge of our client’s products and services

• Engage directly with customers in a retail setting to identify needs and present solutions

• Overcome objections, upsell services, and ensure customer satisfaction

• Maintain accurate records of interactions for client reporting

• Collaborate with team members and support each other to meet individual and group goals

• Participate in daily team huddles focused on performance and development

• High school diploma or GED required

• Eager to learn and grow professionally
