Field Customer Enroller

They are seeking enthusiastic Field Customer Enroller to join their team and play a key role in delivering exceptional wireless solutions and services to AT&T customers through door-to-door sales efforts.
As a Field Customer Enroller, you will be responsible for managing client relations, producing and managing sales within your designated region, and leading customer service efforts. Our client’s mission is to transform consumer engagement, driving increased brand presence, market share, and revenue by utilizing relationship-focused customer service, emotional intelligence, and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide detailed product and service information tailored to customer needs, focusing on AT&T Wireless offerings.
- Create memorable customer experiences by actively listening, addressing concerns, and handling objections with empathy and professionalism.
- Execute door-to-door sales strategies in your assigned territory to engage customers and build lasting brand relationships.
- Track sales metrics and report on market success to management.
- Collaborate with the team on marketing campaigns to enhance AT&T’s visibility and attract new customers.
- Address customer issues efficiently, escalating concerns when necessary to management.
- Ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact to product delivery and installation.
- Comply with all company and client guidelines while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Grow into a recruiting role, learning to train and mentor new team members while managing your sales targets.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, or equivalent experience in customer support, service management, or sales.
- Eager to learn, open to feedback, and willing to step outside of your comfort zone.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, family-like environment, or independently while achieving individual goals.
- Driven to grow both personally and professionally with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable in a visible, customer-facing role with strong communication skills.
- Capable of effective time management, multitasking, and handling customer service tasks while meeting sales goals.
