What You'll Do

• Receive hands-on and classroom-style training from top team members and leadership

• Learn to effectively present AT&T products and services to customers

• Engage with customers in a retail environment and maintain professionalism throughout every interaction

• Master the full sales cycle, from lead engagement to closing and follow-up

• Recommend additional services or products based on customer needs

• Keep detailed records of all customer interactions to ensure consistent follow-up and reporting
