You'll receive full training and hands-on experience in retail marketing and customer account management for one of the top wireless service providers.

What You'll Do

• Engage directly with customers to provide service details and enroll them in wireless plans

• Assist members during the enrollment process and support ongoing account services

• Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns with a professional, solutions-focused mindset

• Perform research on billing and service-related questions

• Act as a liaison between the customer and other departments to ensure issues are addressed

• Maintain follow-up on unresolved questions or complaints

• Contribute to a positive team environment and support company goals

Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent customer-facing experience required
