Event Marketing & Promotions Assistant – Entry Level
TalentSphere is hiring on behalf of our client, for a Event Marketing & Promotions Assistant. This role is perfect for outgoing, energetic individuals who love connecting with people and want to grow their skills in branding, promotions, and leadership.
You’ll represent Primo Water Services—a leader in innovative water solutions—at high-traffic retail events. These pop-up style campaigns are set up inside big-box retail locations, where you’ll speak with customers about the benefits of sustainable, refillable water options and help them sign up for services on the spot.
What You’ll Do:
Represent Primo Water Services at retail events and engage with customers face-to-face
Educate customers on water delivery, refill stations, and the environmental benefits of Primo’s services
Drive interest, create brand loyalty, and increase enrollments through friendly, informative interactions
Collaborate with a team to meet daily and weekly sign-up goals
Mentor new representatives and contribute to team success
Learn and apply proven marketing and sales techniques to improve campaign results
What We’re Looking For:
Associate degree or relevant customer-facing experience preferred
Background in retail, customer service, or sales is a plus
Excellent communication skills and high energy in face-to-face settings
Strong multitasking ability and positive, team-focused mindset
Reliable transportation and ability to work onsite in Lombard, IL
