Position: Product Promotions Associate

Product Promotions Associate will play an active role in the direct marketing and sales process. The primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional service, promote products, and drive sales through effective face-to-face marketing campaigns, with opportunities to move into coordination roles as the company grows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage face-to-face daily with potential new consumers and educate them on current promotions
• Provide excellent customer service for existing clientele
• Represent the brand through marketing campaigns
• Interact with consumers and provide quality customer service
• Act as a point person for all consumer relations
• Generate leads and drive sales

Qualifications:

• Experience in customer-facing roles (restaurant/service industry, retail, sales, customer service) preferred
• Goal-oriented with a student mentality
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• A friendly and energetic personality with a customer service focus
• Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints promptly
• Availability to work flexible shifts
