TalentSphere is hiring on behalf of our client in Lombard, IL for a Brand Engagement & Marketing Assistant. What You’ll Do

• Communicate product and service offerings to customers while addressing questions or concerns

• Provide exceptional customer service and help guide consumers through the sales process

• Lead in-field promotional campaigns and represent brand messaging effectively

• Support team development by mentoring peers in marketing strategies and customer engagement

• Collaborate closely with both clients and team members to enhance campaign performance

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience or education in marketing, communications, sales, business, or a related field is a plus (but not required)

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team

• Strong work ethic, coachability, and a problem-solving mindset

• Reliable transportation and availability to work onsite daily in Lombard, IL

• Must be able to start within two weeks if offered the position
